3. Information needed to search a vessel;
4. The ideal ship;
5. Explanation about loadline, ship tonnages, LOA, draft, airdraft, etc.;
6. Stowage implications (stability, stackweight, overstow, lashing, securing, etc.);
7. Terms and conditions of sea freight;
8. How to negotiate with carriers;
9. Simulation of a cargo negotiation;
10. Types of contracts (analysis and discussion of some clauses of the Conline BN and Gencon CP; and
11. Laytime calculation and variables:
a) Dispatch/demurrage
b) CQD / detention.

First hand knowledge of port terminals and warehouses of which we can point out those in the cities of Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Callao, Buenos Aires and Zarate. Experience in international negotiations involving sea freight quotations and cargo booking with the objective of obtaining optimal commercial and operational results. Experience in the elaboration of the terms and conditions (Charter Parties) related to maritime cargo transport. Participated in several congresses and symposiums in the Dry Cargo and Commodities segments. Acted as technical counselor for companies in Latin America. Presides over and administers in-company and open courses in maritime transport of general cargo for beginners or those who wish to up-grade their know-how in this segment or those who want to start up in the area. She also gives technical support and consulting in the area.
